Here are some helpful tips: Remember that each shot needs to be looked at on an individual basis and so if you mess up on hole 3 you need to have a clear and fresh mentality for hole 4. Relax, have fun and visualize the ball going where you want it to go.
I had a client come to me because of yipping. After one hypnosis session he noticed considerable improvement. He was confused because I never mentioned yipping during the hypnosis session.
In hypnosis we want to focus on what we want versus what we don't want. You want to hit the ball with a slow and steady tempo and with precision and accuracy.
