How does Hypnosis Help you Sleep Better?

Many clients come to me to improve sleep patterns. Each situation is different and we always want to rule out a medical reason for the sleeplessness. Clients should check with a doctor to make sure that they are healthy and that there is no health reason for the insomnia.

Initially I will ask you a variety of questions to determine what type of session to start with - many clients will notice positive changes even after the first session.

Sometimes it might be that the clients mind is too busy focusing on the events of the day or on a stressful situation. Insomnia can come on for a variety of reasons.

The good news is that you can get a good nights sleep without the aid of drugs, sleeping pills and so on.

Sometimes clients will think that a couple of glasses of wine a night will help them sleep better and they will develop that as a habit- which actually backfires and disrupts the sleep pattern.
